HOUSTON, Mar 6 (PRIME) -- The price ceiling on Russian oil products has created many difficulties for energy markets' operations, Chevron CEO Mike Wirth said at the CERAWeek conference on Monday.
According to Wirth, restrictions on the purchase, sale and insurance of oil products were the reason for the difficulties, he said.
